<br />PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br />Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Roseville will meet at Roseville city Hall, 2660 civic Center <br />Drive, on Wednesday, March 11, 1992 at 7:30 p.m., for the <br />purpose of considering the following request: <br /> <br />Amoco Pipeline Company request for variance to the design <br />standards of the zoning ordinance at-2280 W. County Road C. The <br />appl icant wishes to construct new metal buildings to house new <br />electrical control and pumping equipment. <br /> <br />The City Council, of the City of Roseville, will meet on Monday, <br />March 23, 1992 at City Hall at 7: 30 p.m., to consider this <br />request. <br /> <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION: <br /> <br />That part of the north half of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23 <br />lying east of the Minnesota Transfer Railway right-of-way subject <br />to roads and easements except Tract A Registered Land Survey No. <br />50 and except the west 390 feet of the north 202.1 the northeast <br />quarter of Section 8, Township 29, Range 23, and except a 42 foot <br />by 124 foot more or less triangular tract at the southwest corner <br />as described in document 15/3857 and except that part of the <br />north half of Section 8 lying southerly of the following <br />described line beginning on the west line of Long Lake Road <br />886.25 feet north of the south line of said north half thence <br />southwesterly to a point on the easterly line of NSP Co. <br />powerline right-of-way 599.38 feet northerly of the south line of <br />said north half and there terminating. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />city Manager <br /> <br />Please be sure you or your representative attend these meetings. <br />
