To: Rick Jopke
From: Douglas strong a
Re: Planning File #2182

Date: February 4, 1992

This file deals with a PUD Amendment at 2328 Lexington Avenue. The
engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the following
recommendations:

1. A sidewalk is required along the west side of the lot.

2. The proposed plans shows the drainage running to the streets. An,
existing storm sewer is in place along the west and north sides of
the lot. storm sewer leads with catch basins must be built from
the existing main to the proposed lot to pickup the drainage before
it gets to the street.

3. Erosion control must be provided when any grading work is done. A
plan showing the control is required as part of the building permit.

4. The existing sewer and water services that will not be used for the
new building must be removed at the mains. If the property was
served by a well it must be removed or capped as per state of
Minnesota standards.

5. A utility plan is needed showing proposed sewer and water service
locations and sizes.
