<br />Policy Objectives: <br />1. To promote safe, orderly and well appearing business <br />operations within the community. <br /> <br />2. To simplify enforcement of City Code by having a specific <br />approved plan for outside merchandise and storage on file for <br />each business utilizing outside merchandising and display. <br /> <br />Financial Implications: None <br /> <br />staff Recommendation: It is recommended that the city Council <br />approve B-Dale Amoco's request for a special use permit for <br />outside display and merchandising at 2164 North Dale street based <br />on the plan submitted to the Planning Commission on December 5, <br />1990 with the change that the tire racks could be up to 6.5 feet <br />high. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: Motion to approve or deny B-Dale <br />Amoco's request for a special use permit for outside display and <br />merchandising at 2164 North Dale street based on the plan <br />submitted to the Planning commission on December 5, 1990 with the <br />change that the tire rack could be up to 6.5 feet high. <br />
