The nature of the products displayed in this area <br />are clearly identified in the applicant's letter. There is also no <br />discussion about the hours of display, although in this case, this would <br />be more of a security issue for the owners than an aesthetic concern <br />for the community. <br /> <br />3. CONCLUSION <br /> <br />The application is complete and the attached sketch is drawn to scale <br />and is quite adequate for future zoning enforcement purposes. We have <br />identified no areas of concern in our review of this application based <br />upon the established criteria for review. We recommend approval of <br />the application. <br />
