That staff approve a revised landscape plan. <br /> <br />2. That staff approve lighting details. <br /> <br />3. That" a final grading and drainage plan be submi tted for <br />Engineering Department approval. <br /> <br />4. That 9-1/2 feet of right-of-way be dedicated along Rice <br />Street. <br /> <br />5.
