· '

Used oil will be stored outside in an approved tank and confined in accordance
with U.F.C. Codes Article 29.104 and Article 79. Oil will be removed from the
tank by people licensed by the EPA on a monthly basis. I may request a permit
to erect a temporary metal shed to house this tank adjacent to the main
bUilding.

All fire and personnel safety codes will be adhered to. All personnel will be
trained and kept up-to-date on the use of protective equipment, including fire
extinguishers, respirators, chemicals and their hazards, etc., general shop
hazards, and the use of shop equipment.

The building will be kept in such a way so as to comply with all city, state
and federal regulations pertaining to a truck maintenance facility.

We will utilize the Long Lake Road approach to enter and exit the property.

In general, the building and property will be kept clean and orderly, and
business will be done in a respectable manner so as not to be offensive to
neighbors, passers-by or visitors. This is to mean applying a common sense
approach, considering its use as a truck maintenance facility.

Safety will be top priority in relation to personnel and property. Every
precaution will be made to prevent the pollution of the grounds surrounding
the building and the building drains themselves.

I would like to have the opportunity to start what I believe will be a successful
business, and to be able to employ as many people as possible. This site is a
very desirable location to start this type of business.

Thank you for your consideration.

~~y submitted,

David E.
