<br />1, 7/v5' <br /> <br />INTENDED USE OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT: <br />1905 W. COUNTY ROAD C, ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Consisting of approximately 4.6 acres of land and an 18,300 <br />square foot Butler steel building. <br /> <br />National is seeking-t,öobtain required zoning and use permits <br />on the above captioned property for bus parking and storage, <br />employee parking, maintenance, fueling, dispatch operations, <br />and regional administration. <br /> <br />Pending the conclusion of a site plan to scale, we intend to <br />initially domicile approximately 130 vehicles on the <br />property, primarily mini-buses and mini-coaches. Of these, <br />approximately 20 units would be parked inside the maintenance <br />facility overnight due to contractual regulations. <br /> <br />Our initial plans also provide for sufficient automobile <br />parking for 150 employees on existing, paved areas. These <br />numbers are subject to fluctuation depending on the <br />prevailing level of business. Roughly drawn, tentative <br />diagrams are enclosed for your information and review. <br /> <br />Transportation contracts serviced form this location would <br />include Metro Mobility, the Roseville Area Circulator, Anoka <br />County Traveler, White Bear Area Transit, Minnesota Medical <br />Assistance, Veterans Administration, and Hennepin County <br />Medical Center & Metropolitan Health Plan. <br /> <br />Vehicles would be ~. . he shop maintenance area <br />located within the foot building referenced <br />above, which is equipped W1 h large overhead doors at both <br />ends of eight (8) drive-through maintenance bays. Vehicles <br />would be Dleled on site by installing underground fuel <br />storage tank(s) in accordance with all local, state, and <br />federal regulations under the direction of the Roseville Fire <br />Marshall. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that approximately 130 driver employees <br />will report to work in a v~aggered fashion between 5:30 and <br />6:30 a.m., be checked in and assigned a vehicle by a dispatch <br />supervisor, conduct a pre-trip inspection of their vehicle <br />and depart. Fueling may be performed at either the beginning <br />or end of the day. For the most part, all vehicles will have <br />exited the yard by 6:30 a.m., and, except for split shift <br />route assignments, remain in service away from the facility <br />until approximately 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., whereupon they will <br />return in much the same staggered order in which they <br />departed. <br />
