AND SUBSIDIARIES. <br /> <br />While no significant modifications to the existing <br />facility are planned in the near future, National commits <br />to landscape improvements, including installation of an <br />attractive, low-to-the-ground sign in conformance to code <br />requirements, (the present owner has committed to remove <br />the existing sign and pylon), and immediate improvements <br />in landscape design in the front area of the property <br />abutting County Road C. Detailed landscaping plans are <br />not immediately available, but we will consult with City <br />officials prior to executing any design. Please refer to <br />the enclosed photos of other company owned operating <br />locations, with particular attention to the signboard and <br />landscaping, as examples of National~s efforts and <br />success toward beautification of its work places. <br /> <br />Finally, National~s intended use, care, and long term <br />development of this property will positively affect <br />surrounding property values. The nature of our business, <br />comprehensively summarized in the enclosed narrative, <br />provides a much needed, efficient transportation service <br />for the Roseville community itself, as well as <br />surrounding communities. National~s occupancy of this <br />property is both advantageous and beneficial to the City <br />of Roseville in terms of the City~s own commitment to <br />reducing area traffic congestion through the <br />establishment and funding of the Roseville Area <br />Circulator, which will be operated from this location. <br /> <br />19.
