National~s occupancy of this <br />property is both advantageous and beneficial to the City <br />of Roseville in terms of the City~s own commitment to <br />reducing area traffic congestion through the <br />establishment and funding of the Roseville Area <br />Circulator, which will be operated from this location. <br /> <br />19.
