<br />At the reQuest of the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Roseville at their regular meeting on April 10, 1991, the following <br />information is submitted in this report: <br /> <br />RECAP OF THE APPLICATION <br /> <br />SITE PLANS <br />SUMMARY OF THE PLANS <br /> <br />PICTURES OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY <br />PICTURES OF THE ADJACENT PROPERTIES <br /> <br />STATEMENT OF VARIANCES REQUESTED <br /> <br />There are three sets of Site Plans included in this report. <br />The first set of plans (Phase I) shows the uti 1 i zat i on of the <br />sUbject property with the existing street access. It is the long <br />range plan of the community to install a new street on the east <br />side of the subject property. The second set of plans (Phase II) <br />shows the site utilization at the time that Prior Avenue on the <br />west side is st ill in use, and the street that is now known as <br />Proposed Arthur Street as under construct ion. The thi rd set of <br />plans (Phase III) shows the site with Prior Avenue vacated, and <br />Arthur Street fully completed. Each set of plans consists of a <br />parking plan, a grading and utility plan, and a planting plan. <br />
