<br /> <br /> <br />f~ ~~,1 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />12, 1991 <br /> <br />This letter confirms our first inspection of the fence located <br />behind Rosedale Commons at 2480 Fairview Avenue North. The <br />following items need to be addressed: <br /> <br />1. On the Fairview Avenue end, the wood fence and the cyclone <br />fence do not meet. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Some of the boards that were first installed on the bottom, <br />need to be moved together. <br /> <br />3. There is too much of a gap between the ground and bottom <br />boards in many areas. <br /> <br />4. Boards do not butt together on many posts, will a batten <br />cover these areas? <br /> <br />5. Warped boards installed in some areas. <br /> <br />6. Nails are not pounded all the way in on some boards. Some <br />boards only have 2 nails. <br /> <br />7. Dirt around posts should be filled in. <br /> <br />In review, the above list covers some items that the contractor <br />should be informed of. If he would like to meet to discuss any <br />of these issues, please feel free to conta~t me at 490-2233. <br /> <br />We also did not check the height of the fence because of the <br />weather.
