This approval is conditioned upon <br />signing a development agreement wi th the ci ty regarding said <br />fence. The fence will begin at a point even with the west edge <br />of the building and connect to the existing shopping center <br />property. Tanurb shall pay the first $10,000 of the cost of the <br />fence, and the remaining cost shall be paid equally by Tanurb and <br />the City.
