To Whom it may concern: <br /> <br />Rosedale Commons Shoppmg Center was built in 1985 and was developed <br />thru the issuance of a special use permit. This application follows the <br />approval by the city council of the requested ammendment to the special <br />use permit to build a loading dock and trash enclosure. <br /> <br />In an effort to finally resolve ongoing neighborhood concerns the City of <br />Roseville and Tanurb have agreed to share the cost for a fence to be <br />constructed north of the project. The fence will be 14 feet high made of <br />solid CCA pressure treated wood. <br /> <br />Tanurb and the City of Roseville agreed that the first S 1 0,000.00 of the <br />costs incurred in constructing the fence will be paid by Tanurb. The <br />remaining costs will be divided equally between Tanurb and the City <br />provided that: <br /> <br />(1) The City Council and Planning Commission approve the requested <br />variances without additional conditions. <br /> <br />(2J In no event will Tanurb's half of such costs (not inclusive of the <br />$10.000.00 referenced above) exceed $30.000.00 <br /> <br />(3) The Planning Commission and City Council will approve all variances <br />required to accomplish the above agreement. <br /> <br />The variances requested apply to the above agreement as was approved <br />by the city council on February 25. 1991. <br /> <br />In a continuing effort to be good neighbors we feel that many issues of <br />concern will be eliminated by this agreement and therefore request these <br />variance approvals. <br /> <br />¡~~- <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Dan Ross 2480 FAIRVIEW AVENUE NORTH .
