The City Council referred George Brandt Inc.'s request for a <br />sign setback variance at 2975 Long Lake Road back to the <br />Planning Commission for further study at their April 10, <br />1991 meeting. <br /> <br />2. At the request of the applicant, this matter has been <br />continued until the May 8, 1991 Planning commission meeting. <br /> <br />3. The City Council was scheduled to consider this matter on <br />April 22, 1991. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council continue <br />consideration of George Brandt Inc.' s request for a sign <br />setback variance at 2975 Long Lake Road until May 28, 1991 to <br />allow Planning Commission reconsideration of the matter. <br /> <br />Council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve continuance of George Brandt Inc.'s request <br />for a sign setback variance at 2975 Long Lake Road until May <br />28, 1991. <br />
