That Rottlund Homes pay a park dedication fee equal to <br />$400 per unit on the residential portion of the project <br />prior to issuance of building permits and that Concordia <br />School pay a park dedication fee, or dedicates 1~4 acres <br />of land or meets its park dedication requirements in <br />another manner acceptable to the city. <br /> <br />b.
