To work closely with the local community to establi.h the club in the <br />area. To expand profitability into a new daypart. <br /> <br />Ova view <br />Every Friday &t Saturday ni~t (9:00PM - 12:45AM), Fuddruckers restaurant will <br />feature a Teen Dance. The cTub highlights a live Disc Jockey, tpeåal fOund .,.tem <br />and listht show. Tables are moved out of a large section of the rwtaurant fora dance <br />area. Food and beverages will be available áuring the dance. Liquor will not be <br />served between the hours of 8:30PM - 100AM on those evenings. <br /> <br /> <br />1) No re-admittance. Once you walk through the front door, you must pay $5.00 <br />to get back inside. <br />2) No fighting. <br />3) No alcohol or drug use. <br />4) Disrespect to property will not be tolerated. <br />5) No obscene or foul language <br />6) No loitering in restrooms or parking lot <br /> <br />Violation of any of the aforementioned rules will result in a IUSpent10n of up to 3 <br />months. <br /> <br />Securl\y <br />Fuddruckers takes a strict and serious apporach to making the Teen Dance not only <br />a fun environment, but a safe one. We work closely with local law enforcement to <br />ensure the club i. a positive enhancement to the area. Our Rules and Regulations <br />(as outlined above) are enforced by our own team of security profetllonalt. We hire <br />the services of a Doonnan (Bouncer) and two unifonned security .peeialists <br />(minimum); one of which i. a certified peace officer. Rules are made to be enforced <br />and we give no second chances. Our philosophy is that you need to take control of a <br />situation before it gets out of hand. Many other Teen Dances have failed due to the <br />fact that they have not taken such a serious approach to the iSlue of IeCUrity. You <br />need to be c:on.i.tent & .tric:t in your enforcement of pølicie. from day one. We do <br />not hesitate to get løcallaw enforcement involved in a situation when we feel it <br />may escalate Into something more than verbal taunting. <br /> <br />When an individual is removed from the building forbreaking the rules, we make <br />lure they get into a car and leave. Our security specialists patrol the parking lot and <br />grounds area routinely to discourage loitering. <br />
