Subsequent to the Planning commission meeting staff has <br />discussed with the applicant the possibility of eliminating <br />the one way exit only curb cut onto Partridge Rd. and <br />increasing the landscaping along Partridge Road. The <br />applicant indicated that they could do that if the city <br />desired. <br /> <br />Alternatives: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Deny the application based on findings of fact <br />demonstrate that the proposed development would <br />detrimental to the general public, health, safety, <br />welfare. <br /> <br />that <br />be <br />and <br /> <br />2.
