An additional over-story tree is provided in the front yard for a total of five. <br /> <br />2. An additional Black Hills Spruce has been added to the berm directly in front <br />of the overhead doors. <br /> <br />3. The transformer has been moved south approximately ten feet to allow the <br />landscaping to be placed in front of it. The Mockorange has been changed <br />to a Pfitzer Juniper which will remain green all year long. <br /> <br />4. All landscaping trees and shrubs have been moved from the right-of-way, the <br />watermain easement, and the NSP easements.
