<br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville has the institutional, managerial and fmancial <br />capability to ensure adequate project administration. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that tb,e Acting City Manager is <br />hereby authorized to execute all documents, on behalf of the City of Roseville, <br />pertaining to the US Environmental Protection Agency Supplemental Assistance for <br />Brownfield Assessment Demonstration Pilots. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />Maschka, and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Goedeke, <br />Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
