1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the Sth of May, 2014, at <br />6:00 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: and the following were absent: . <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION No. <br />PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS CONSTRUCTION FOR APPLEWOOD <br />POINTE LANGTON LAKE- Phase 2 <br />14 WHEREAS, pursuant to City Code, certain public improvements were constructed to <br />15 develop APPLEWOOD POINT OF LANGTON LAKE- Phase 2, a 41 unit senior <br />16 cooperative building including; the construction of storm sewer improvements; and; <br />17 WHEREAS, the Developer, United Properties is requesting the City of Roseville accept <br />18 ownership and maintenance responsibility of these public improvements; and; <br />19 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />20 ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the wark completed as a part of APPLEWOOD <br />21 POINTE OF LANGTON LAKE- Phase 2 is hereby accepted and approved; the City <br />22 Engineer is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final acceptance and accept a <br />23 two-year warranty for any work covering the replacement or repair of defective items <br />24 commencing on May 6, 2014, and expiring on May 6, 2016, and; <br />25 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br />26 and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereoi and <br />27 the following voted against the same: <br />28 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
