Presentations <br /> a. Receive and Approve the Recommended Pathway master Plan Build-Out <br /> Plan from the Public Works,Environment and Transportation Commission <br /> Public Works Director Duane Schwartz provided the recommendation from the <br /> City's Public Works, Environment, and Transportation Commission (PWETC) on <br /> their charge from the City Council and as a joint goal of the bodies to develop a <br /> Pathway Master Plan Build-out Plan for priority pathway segments included in <br /> the 2008 Pathway Master Plan, first developed in 1975 and updated periodically <br /> over the last 38 years, most recently in 2008. Mr. Schwartz clarified that the <br /> PWETC understood their charge was to focus on the financial aspects of a build- <br /> out plan as a basis for their work and ultimate priority ranking. <br /> Mr. Schwartz advised that the PWETC had completed their review and provided <br /> final recommendation at their October and November 2013 meetings; resulting in <br /> the subsequent table listing segments in priority order with scores ranked from 1 <br />
