Approve Consent Agenda <br /> There were no additional changes to the Consent Agenda than those previously noted. At <br /> the request of Mayor Roe, City Manager Patrick Trudgeon briefly reviewed those items <br /> being considered under the Consent Agenda. <br /> a. Approve Payments <br /> Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of the following claims and payments <br /> as presented. <br /> ACH Payments $945,197.03 <br /> 73051-73179 471,453.36 <br /> Total $1,416,650.39 <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Etten; McGehee; Laliberte; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> b. Approve Business Licenses & Other Licenses & Permits <br /> Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, approval of business license applications for the <br /> period of one(1) year, for the following applicants: <br /> Applicant/Location Type of License <br /> Shen Jie Fu; New Dragon Acupressure Massage Massage Therapist <br /> 320 Rosedale Center <br /> Su Jun Guo; New Dragon Acupressure Massage Massage Therapist <br /> 320 Rosedale Center <br /> Roll Call <br /> Ayes: Willmus; Etten; McGehee; Laliberte; and Roe. <br /> Nays: None. <br /> f. Request by Peak Investments, LLC in conjunction with property owner Ro- <br /> seville Crossings, LLC for Approval of a Temporary Drive-through Coffee <br /> Kiosk as an INTERIM USE at 2154 Lexington Avenue <br /> Mayor Roe clarified that approval of this item would be through adoption of a <br /> resolution. <br /> City Attorney Charles Bartholdi further noted that in the resolution, page 2 of 4, <br /> line 51 (second`Be It Resolved"), the typographical correction from "commercial <br /> greenhouse activity" should be revised to read, "prior to the commencement of <br /> the INTERIM USE." <br /> Etten moved, Laliberte seconded, adoption of Resolution No. _11136_ (Attach- <br /> ment F) entitled, "A Resolution Approving a Temporary Drive-through Facility as <br /> an INTERIM USE at 2154 Lexington Avenue(PF14-005);"as amended: <br />
