It is recommended that the city Councll approve the extension <br />to the variance to the concrete curbing requirement at 2330 <br />North Dale st. subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />A. That the time frame for the extension be limited to <br />three years. <br /> <br />B. That the East edge of the existing parking lot be curbed <br />with concrete curb and gutter at the time the proposed <br />North parking lot is constructed. <br /> <br />council Action Reauested: <br /> <br />1.
