Hours of operation:

Monday - Friday 9am to 9pm
Saturdays and Holidays 7am to 9pm
Sundays 7am to 8pm
soon after ice out and close up on October

We open for season
1st.

Gas and oil storage: We have a small gas tank (25Ø gallons)
which we use to store gas for our rental pontoon boats. Very few
people buy gas from us because there is not a long gas hose so
they have to carry 5 gallon containers back and forth from boat
to shore. The tank was installed and is serviced by Kath
Brothers and we've never had a single problem with it. We do
not store oil.

Water quality control: We do not use any fertilizers on our
grass (the geese do a splendid job!) We are enthusiastic
advocates of catch-and-release for fishing, and encourage our
customers to practice this policy. We are very careful when
cleaning out our boats to never allow any trash to fall into the
lake. Also, we haye trash cans located by both docks so
customers are inclined to use them. We only rent out 4 gas
motors that come with the pontoon boats.

Safety standards of emergency vehicle entrance: See attachment
D.

Statement from the DNR: See attachment E.

Blind spot pulling out of driveway: There is at least 5ØØ feet to
see on either side of the driveway and we have an arrow sign next
to our driveway to indicate it. In the 4 years we,ve lived here
there has never been an accident involving the Marina driveway.
Lake Ridge Nursing Home has a driveway directly across from ours
which is much busier than ours and the only two accidents have
been employees getting rear-ended as they turn into the Nursing
Home driveway.

In conclusion, we are asking for the right to continue to use our
property as it has been for the past 6 years. We also ask that
you keep in mind that we have a very limited budget and that this
process is putting a big financial (and emotional) strain on us.
In February of 199Ø we first became aware that we were not using
the property according to Roseville zoning. At this time Mr.
Marty Hanson a Roseville Code Enforcement Officer told us to
merely combine our 2 property tax statements and that would clear
up the matter. I did this immediately, only to find out later
that not only did that not clear up the matter, but now we must
pay a $13ØØ.ØØ assessment fee! We have acted and reacted in good
faith and request that this application for a P.U.D. be granted.
