Roseville, MN - Official Website <br />Page 7 of 8 <br />Final Call for Nominations: Chair Grefenberg asked that the record t-e reflect that at the <br />previous HRC meeting Wayne Groff had been nominated and had accepted nomination has as <br />Chair fEw of the Commission. He indicated Scot Becker was nominated and accepted the <br />nomination as Vice Chair. He then asked three times if there were any other nominations for <br />Chair or Vice Chair of the HRC. There being no other nominations Chair Grefenberg <br />proceeded to the election of the Chair and Vice - Chair. <br />Election of Chair and Vice Chair: Chair Grefenberg requested the HRC vote on the Chair <br />and Vice Chair positions for the Commission. <br />Chair Grefenberg had the members of the HRC vote on electing Wayne Groff as Chair of the <br />HRC. There were five votes supporting Wayne Groff as Chair. Wayne Groff was unanimously <br />elected to the Chair position. <br />Chair Grefenberg had the members of the HRC vote on electing Scot Becker as Vice Chair of <br />the HRC. There were five votes supporting Scot Becker as Vice Chair. Scot Becker was <br />unanimously elected to the Vice Chair position. <br />Remarks by Outgoing Chair: The prepared remarks of former Chair Gary Grefenberg are <br />herein attached and made an official part of the record for this meeting. <br />Commissioner Becker thanked Chair Grefenberg for his leadership, drive, experience and <br />passion. <br />Future Agenda Items <br />Chair Grefenberg reviewed the future agenda items with the Commission. <br />Adjournment <br />Vice Chair Brisbois moved and Commissioner Courneya seconded a motion to adjourn. <br />Motion passed unanimously.
