The proposed Pure Golf facility Is being developed to provide seMcee and golf related products for the sartous golfer as well as for famly entartalnmenl The facility wlllnclude an 18 hole chlpþlng and putting course, designed as a miniature lifelike golf course as opposed to a tiadltlonal putt-putt. The course will be landscaped with artIftclat as weI a. real vegøtatIon and will feature rock formations. a waterfall and a volcano with lava and steam. The course will provide reall8tIc putting with an unusual synthetic bent grass surface and wID not use ·gJmmtcka· as found In the traditional putt-putt C01n8l and will be constructed around an Hawaiian golf course theme. The roll of the baD wll be controlled by various lengths of turf as opposed to using %' x 4·, or other artificial means. AlSO Included within the facUlty will be . sIx·staII driving range where the goNer wll be hitting Into nets located within the 8)det1nQ racquetball court area.
