Zelinsky ~ <br />WELSB/PURE GOLF APPLICATION FOR SPECIAL USE PERMIT <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />SUBJECT: <br /> <br />The description of the proposed indoor golf training facility is <br />dissimilar to a game room or amusement center in that 50% of the <br />gross receipts will not be derived from operation of amusement <br />devices as defined by City Code. <br /> <br />I do however, appreciate the opportunity to comment on pol ice <br />department concerns. I am sure they are very similar to that of <br />the owner of this business and Welsh Company. The requirements for <br />licensing described in section 109.030 would apply with the <br />exceptions of paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 10. <br /> <br />As stated, these comments are not mandated and do not have to be <br />followed verbatim.
