<br />Maschka moved, Cushman seconded, that the City Manager TOBACCO BAN
<br />be directed to prepare an ordinance, to be implemented
<br />on October 1, 1991, banning the sale of tobacco
<br />materials from vending machines and self-service of
<br />individual packages, and revocation of license for
<br />selling these products to people under the age of 18.

<br />Thomas and Johnson.

<br />Johnson moved, Maschka seconded, that the John
<br />Ebeling/Welsh Company, Inc. request for a Special Use
<br />Permit for a 14,000 square foot amusement center at
<br />1655 County Road B-2 be approved based on plans sub-
<br />mitted to the Planning Commission dated May 8, 1991,
<br />with the condition that the appropriate amusement
<br />establishment license be obtained. Roll Call, Ayes:
<br />Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and Rog. Nays:
<br />None.

<br />Maschka moved, Johnson seconded, that Pavlick Holding
<br />Company's Application for On Sale and Special Sunday
<br />Liquor Licenses and Endorsement for outside Sales and
<br />consumption at 1754 N. Lexington be approved with the
<br />condition that no music be allowed outdoors. Roll
<br />Call, Ayes: Thomas, Maschka, Cushman, Johnson, and
<br />Rog. Nays: None.
