<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 26th day of June 2001, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Goedeke, Mastel, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Council Member Klausing introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9906 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR QWEST <br />WIRELESS ALLOWING THE INSTALLATION OF TELECOMMUNICATION <br />ANTENNA AND ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT AT 2335 DALE STREET (PF3303). <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Qwest Wireless has requested approval of a conditional sue permit to allow <br />the installation of a 60 foot tall monopole and accompanying equipment cabinets at 2335 Dale <br />Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property located at 2335 Dale Street is legally described as: <br /> <br />The South 30 feet of the North 164 feet of the East 325 feet except the South 3 feet <br />of the west 78feet thereof of Lot 12, Copes Subdivision of Lot 1 of Copes <br />Subdivision of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, according to the plat thereof" <br /> <br />The North 134 feet of the East 325 feet, except the South 3 feet of the West 78 feet <br />thereof of Lot 12, Copes Subdivision of Lot 1 of Copes Subdivision of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23, Ramsey County, <br />according to the plat thereof' <br /> <br />The North 164.0 feet of the East 325.0 feet except the south 3.0 feet of the West 78 <br />feet thereof of Lot 12, Copes Subdivision of Lot 1 of Copes Subdivision of the <br />Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 29, Range 23; Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota; According to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of said County and State. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1012.lOA1 of the Roseville Zoning Ordinance states: City-owned <br />or controlled antennas and tower sites shall be a permitted use in "B" Business or "I" Industrial <br />Districts and conditional uses in all other districts; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 1013 of the City Code stipulates criteria for approving conditional <br /> <br />1 <br />
