The depth requested is the minimum fo~ reasonable room usage. The <br />lot is a corner lot and has Set backs from 'two streets, many homes in the <br />neighborhood have porches. The addition will be architecturally attractive <br />and we have approval from the neighbors affected (see attached), and there <br />is no other location on the home which would work. <br /> <br />There was some question as to the re~r lot line which we have had professionally <br />surveyed. Finding our 12' deep porcn will only encroach approt1mately 18" into <br />the set back and only a portion of the 16' width will lie'in the area thdt ~e <br />\IIouId encroach. <br /> <br />7920 Powell Road.
