<br />Policy Obiectives: <br /> <br />1. To allow for proper driveway location and access to property <br />in the community. <br /> <br />2. To vacate unneeded right-of-way. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council pass the attached <br />resolution vacating the north 15 feet of Ione street right- <br />of-way, adjacent to 1746 N. Hamline Avenue with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. That the new driveway opening and driveway be built to <br />City standards, including a 5 foot setback to the <br />relocated rone street right-of-way. <br /> <br />2. That the new driveway be designed to include a backup <br />space allowing cars to maneuver properly and head out <br />onto Hamline Avenue. <br /> <br />council Action ReguªBted: <br /> <br />1.
