<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON JUNE 24, 1976 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the city Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall, in said City on the 24th day of <br />June 1991, at 7:30 o'clock p. m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />Member introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF <br />A PUBLIC STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the <br />City council held a public hearing to determine whether, or not a <br />portion of a certain street in the City of Roseville should be <br />vacated, and: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of chanqes in the use of <br />surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to <br />vacate said portion of street: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the <br />public street over the property described as follows: <br /> <br />The north 15 feet of Ione street lyinq between the east line <br />of Hamline Ave and the east line of Lot 8 Block 2 Gottfried. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoinq resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member , and upon a vote being taken, the <br />followinq voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />and the followinq voted against same: <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
