CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />We recommend vacating 15 feet of Ione Street riqht-of-way <br />adjacent to the lot in question with the following <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1) The new driveway opening and driveway be built to <br />city standards, including a 5' setback to the <br />relocated Ione street right-of-way. <br /> <br />2) The new driveway be designed to include a backup <br />space allowing cars to maneuver properly and head out <br />to Hamline Avenue. <br />
