On May 28, 1991, the Roseville City Council approved your request for a minor variance <br />at 329 Minnesota A venue with the condition that the entire driveway be paved within five years. <br />This was an adequate time period in which to budget and complete this improvement, and to <br />date, action has not been taken. <br /> <br />We in Community Development understand the expense in paving your driveway, <br />nonetheless, the City Council's orders must be complied with. The City is willing to give you <br />three more years to complete the pavement of your driveway. However, you must submit to <br />Community Development a proposal that includes three (3) separate dates in which one-third of <br />the driveway will be completed by each of these dates. If there has not been compliance on the <br />dates that you submit, a land use violation ticket will be issued. <br /> <br />You will have until Tuesday, July 23, 1996 to submit your proposal to our City Planner, <br />Mike Falk.
