D[~~C~ ~~ June 19,1996 Mr. Louie Lutz 329 Minnesota Avenue Roseville, MN 55113 Dear Mr. Lutz: On May 28, 1991, the Roseville City Council approved your request for a minor variance at 329 Minnesota Avenue with the condition that the driveway be paved up to the right-of-way immediately and that the all of the driveway be paved within five years. The five year deadline to completely pave your driveway with a bituminous or cement surface was May 28, 1996. Since there has not been compliance to the City Council's condition, your driveway is now in violation of Roseville's City Ordinance. This department is requesting that you contact us with your intentions as soon as possible. The City's Code Enforcement and Planning Departments have determined that 30 days would be a sufficient amount of time to complete the pavement of your driveway. If this department does not hear from you regarding this matter, there will be another inspection conducted on Friday, July 19, 1996. If your driveway has not been paved, Code Personnel will have no alternative than to issue an administrative offense ticket for non-compliance. For your information, we have enclosed a copy of the letter which was sent to you in June of 1991 regarding the City Council's conditions.
