Overstory trees will not be provided at every unit entry. <br /> <br />30. City submission requirements shall include the following (3 copies due by 4:30 <br />Tuesday, September 17th at City Hall): <br /> <br />General Concept Stage: <br /> <br />1. Preliminary Plat and information required by the subdivision chapter of the <br />Roseville City Code. (See No. 24 above). <br /> <br />2. General Information: <br /> <br />A. Land Owner's name and address and his interest in the subject property. <br /> <br />B. Applicants's name and address, if different from the Land Owner. <br /> <br />C. Names and addresses of all professional consultants contributing to the <br />plan, including attorney, land planner, engineer and surveyor. <br /> <br />D. Evidence that the applicant has sufficient control over the subject property <br />to effectuate the proposed P.D.D., including a statement of all legal and <br />contractual interests held in or effecting the property including an up-to- <br />date certified Abstract of Tide or Registered Property Report. <br /> <br />E. Address and legal description of the property. <br /> <br />F. Existing zoning classification and present use of the subject property and <br />all lands within 1{)()()' of the property. (Phil Carlson later confinned <br />that the site plan showing the immediate adjacent properties is <br />acceptable). <br /> <br />G. A map depicting the existing development of the property and all land <br />within 1000' indicating the location of existing trees, property lines, <br />easements, watermains, storms and sanitary with invert elevations on and <br />within 100' of the property. (See comment to Item "F" above). <br /> <br />H. A written statement generally describing the proposed P.D.D. in the market <br />which it is intended to serve and its demand showing its relationship with <br />the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />
