October 15, 1992

Carol Felsing
Twin cities Housing Development Corp.
400 Selby Avenue
Suite C
st. Paul, HN 55102

Dear Carol:

As we discussed by phone and as you described in your October 13,
1992 letter, I understand that the house at 156 Minnesota will
not be demolished by November 1. As I understand it, you have a
closing scheduled for November 13, 1992 and that the house will
be demolished shortly after that. It is the City's position that
a demolition permit must be taken out on or before November 16,
1992 and that actual demolition work must be started on or before
November 30, 1992. If you fail to comply with these dates, the
City will begin action to condemn and demolish the house. Any
costs incurred by the City to carry this out would be placed on
the tax roles for the property.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at 490-
2236.

Sincerely,

µ~

Rick Jopke
Assistant community Development Director
City of Roseville

:cf

2660 CIVIC CENTER DRIVE · ROSE\lLLE · Mll\1\r:SOTA · 55113 · 612-490-2200
