'The <br />engineering staff has reviewed this proposal and has the following <br />recommendations: <br /> <br />1. Sidewalk i$ needed on both County Road C and Long Lake Road. <br /> <br />2. Water Service must be constructed per city standards. <br /> <br />3. Driveway openings will have a radius no grader then 15 foot. <br />4. Storm water ponding must be kept inside the proposed lot. <br />5. All slopes must be kept to no grader then 3:1 slopes. <br />6. Permits from both Ramsey County and the State of Minnesota are <br />required. <br /> <br />7. Care must be taken during construction to insure the no buildings <br />are built on top of any of the existing utilities or pipe lines. <br />
