In <br />response to your comments, we have made a number of revisions to <br />the plans which are noted below, with numerical references <br />correlating to the comments of your letter. <br /> <br />COMMENTS ON BOTH BUILDINGS F & G: <br /> <br />1. We acknowledge that the buildings will require Special Use <br />Permits for the proposed Office-Service use in the B-4 <br />district. We are making two separate SUP applications to <br />the City under separate cover. <br /> <br />2. We have left the west "curb" setback on Building F and the <br />south "curb" setback on Building G at 5 feet based on our <br />interpretation, with which Mr. Jopke agrees, that the code <br />only limits "parking" to within 10 feet of side lot lines. <br />The paving in the vicinity of these curb areas is for <br />service driveways, not parking. <br /> <br />3 . We have revised the south radius for the Long Lake Road <br />driveway connection for Building F to 20 feet and have kept <br />the north radius of that driveway and the radii for the <br />County Road C driveway connection of Building F at 30 feet. <br />For Building G, we have kept all driveway radii at 30 feet. <br />We believe these radii are better able to accommodate truck <br />service ingress and egress with less damage to boulevard <br />landscape areas. <br /> <br />4.
