<br />5 . Our plans have been revised to remove grading and ponding <br />from County Road C right of way areas and have been <br />resubmitted to MN/DOT for review/approval. <br /> <br />6. The site plans have been revised to reflect proposed <br />sidewalk areas along County Road C and Long Lake Road. We <br />are willing and prepared to provide pathway easements to the <br />City in areas where sidewalks are on private property. <br /> <br />7. Handicap access ramps have been added where all sidewalks <br />meet public street and driveway inter-sections. <br /> <br />8. site lighting plans were submitted to you the week of July <br />22, 1991, under separate cover. <br /> <br />9. Plan notes have been added indicating that retaining walls <br />are to be of Keystone materials to match those at existing <br />Rosedale corporate Plaza. <br /> <br />10. Landscape plans have been revised to note that Items AA and <br />BB have been specified at planting locations around the <br />building perimeters, with specific locations to be <br />determined by the landscape subcontractor, based on species <br />appropriateness for lighting conditions. <br /> <br />11. Landscape plans have been revised to note potted shrubs as <br />five (5) gallon pots. <br /> <br />12. Landscape plans have been revised to add landscape screening <br />around transformer equipment. <br /> <br />13. Grading and landscape plans have been revised to provide a <br />combination of berming and landscaping to screen parking <br />areas from public street views. <br /> <br />14. utilities plans have been revised to add additional fire <br />hydrants as requested. <br /> <br />COMMENTS RELATED TO BUILDING F: <br /> <br />15. We will have Mr. Cockriel inspect the water main connection <br />at the south driveway to Long Lake Road. <br /> <br />16. Enclosed is a copy of correspondence dated July 15, 1991 <br />from NSP authorizing work within their easement. Final <br />agreements with Williams Pipeline concerning partial <br />relocation of their 6" pipelines and partial vacation of <br />their easement are being completed by Williams' legal <br />department and will be provided to the City upon receipt and <br />execution. <br />
