<br />17 . The location of landscaping in the vicini ty of the pond <br />outlet in the NE corner has been adjusted so as not to <br />interfere with the outlet or steep slopes. <br /> <br />18. Landscape plans have been revised to provide a 40 foot view <br />triangle at the corner of County Road C and Long Lake Road. <br /> <br />19. Landscape plans have been revised to indicate that Items F, <br />G, and H shall be 2 1/2" minimum diameter. <br /> <br />COMMENTS RELATED TO BUILDING G: <br /> <br />20. The grading plan has been revised in the vicinity of the NSP <br />transmission tower base by adding a retaining wall to <br />address your 3:1 slope concern. <br /> <br />21. Drainage and grading plans have been revised to modify the <br />pond contours in the northwest corner of the site so as to <br />avoid the County Road C right of way. <br /> <br />22. South building elevations for Building G have been revised <br />to duplicate the west building elevations on Building F, <br />providing a continuous 6 foot brick band at the top of the <br />wall with single score decorative CMU below. <br /> <br />23. The site plan has been revised to show sidewalk to the east <br />under I-35W.
