A lOO-year flood would not be contained in the pond and would flood the <br />right-of-way, and perhaps the road. This must be modified or verified with MnDOT or the <br />County. <br /> <br />22. Elevations 10 and 11 on the architectural plans are almost entirely concrete block, whereas <br />the remainder of the building is almost entirely brick. To be consistent with the spirit of the <br />Code, we believe these elevations should be brick like the rest of Building G, or at least have a <br />brick band at the top, similar to the back of Building F. <br /> <br />23.
