Handicapped access ramps must be provided where all sidewalks meet the public street <br />intersections. <br /> <br />8. Site lighting was not shown on the plans submitted. Plans for lighting must conform to <br />the design standards for lighting (Sect. 19.010.11) <br /> <br />9. The material for the retaining wall was not indicated. It must be compatible with the <br />architecture of the building. <br /> <br />to. Items AA and BB on the Landscape Plan were not located on the plan. We could not tell <br />where these materials were intended to be planted. <br /> <br />11. Potted shrubs were noted as "2' pot". The Code requires a 5-gallon pot or larger. The <br />landscape architect should verify that the proposed materials meet the minimum standards. <br /> <br />12. Transformer equipment in the rear of the buildings must be screened with landscaping from <br />the view of adjacent property. If there is other utility equipment that is not shown on the <br />architectural plans, this must be screened as well. <br /> <br />13. Parking areas fronting on the public streets must be screened from view to the street to <br />a height of 2-1/2' by means of landscaping, berming, fencing, or grade change. <br /> <br />14. The Fire Marshal requires additional fire hydrants to be located at 500' intervals as noted <br />on the plans. <br /> <br />Comments Related to Building F: <br /> <br />15. The watermain connection at the south driveway to Long Lake Road must be inspected by <br />Bob Cockriel of the City staff (490-2312). <br /> <br />16. Verification of agreements with Williams Pipeline and NSP for work within their easements <br />must be provided. <br /> <br />17. The location cf ianåscaping in the vicinity oÍ the ponå cutle~ in the NE cûrner should be <br />verified and adjusted so that it does not interfere with the outlet or with steep slopes. <br /> <br />18. Visibility must be maintained at the corner of County Road C and Long Lake Road by <br />keeping landscaping back at least 40' in either direction from the corner of the property lines. <br /> <br />19. Ornamental trees labelled as items F, G, and H on the LandsCape Plan must be 2-1/2" <br />minimum diameter, not 2" as shown. <br /> <br />Comments Related to Building G: <br /> <br />20. Some slopes on the site are greater than the maximum allowable 3:1 slope. This should <br />be altered or retained with a wall. <br />
