The ci ty Council approved wintz Companies request for a <br />variance for parking setback at 2500 Walnut Street on <br />September 23, 1992. <br /> <br />2. Due to the time of the year and the early arrival of winter, <br />Wintz companies was forced to postpone the project until the <br />summer of 1992. <br /> <br />3. ci ty ordinances require that construction occur wi thin six <br />months of City approval or the variance expires. <br /> <br />4. In March of 1992, Wintz Companies requested and was granted <br />an extension of the variance until September 30, 1992. <br /> <br />5. wintz Companies has requested an additional extension of the <br />variance until July 1, 1993. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City Council approve Wintz <br />Companies request for an extension of their variance until <br />July 1, 1993. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve wintz Companies request for an extension of <br />the variance until July 1, 1993. <br />
