We are confident of our ability to initiate construction <br />during the early summer months of 1993. In fact, the blacktopping <br />and landscaping plans for this site limit our ability to even begin <br />construction until mid-May, 1993. <br /> <br />wintz Companies continues to use this site as a public <br />warehouse as it has been used for a number of years. This variance <br />is necessitated to increase the maneuverability of the vehicles in <br />the lot without adversely affecting the surrounding area or traffic <br />flow. We have improved both the parking lot surface, as well as <br />the exterior of the building, to make the site more attractive. <br /> <br />Consequently, wintz Companies would request an additional <br />extension of this variance until July 1, 1993. If you should have <br />any questions or require any additional information, please feel <br />free to contact me or Mark J. Ayotte, General Counsel.
