The city Council approved wintz Companies request for a <br />variance for parking setback at 2500 Walnut Street on <br />September 23, 1991. <br /> <br />2. Due to the time of the year and the early arrival of winter, <br />wintz Companies was forced to postpone the project until the <br />summer of 1992. <br /> <br />3 . ci ty ordinances require that construction occur wi thin six <br />months of city approval or the variance expires. <br /> <br />4. Wintz Companies is requesting that the variance be extended <br />until September 30, 1992. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> <br />1. It is recommended that the City council approve Wintz <br />Companies request for an extension of their variance until <br />September 30, 1992. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: <br /> <br />1. Motion to approve wintz Companies request for an extension of <br />the variance until September 30, 1992. <br />
