This variance was for a parking setback at <br />our warehouse located at 2500 Walnut Street and was in accordance <br />with our proposed blacktop project for that location. <br /> <br />Due to the time of year, and the early winter that arrived <br />after receiving approval from the Roseville City council, we were <br />forced to postpone this project until the summer of 1992. <br />Therefore, we are requesting an extension of our variance until <br />September 30, 1992. <br /> <br />We will appreciate hearing from you regarding this extension <br />in the very near future.
