REVIEWED I RECOMMENDS: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />1/ <br /> <br />Mr. Trapp originally applied for a rezoning from I -1 to 1-2 and special use <br />permit for a truck rental operation at 1920 County Road C. The P1æming <br />Comnission recamnended denial of the request for rezoning fran 1-1 to 1-2 <br />and special use perot and also recomrÅ“nded that the Council consider <br />including truck rentals as a special use in the 1-1 zoning district. The <br />Conunission further indicated they would reconunend approval of a special <br />use permit for a truck rental operation in 1-1 zoning at 1920 County Road C <br />with the condition that the perot expire three years after approval. <br /> <br />Subsequently the Council adopted an ordinance which includes truck rentals <br />as a special use in the 1-1 zoning district and established a public hearing <br />on Mr. Trapp's request for special use pennit for a truck rental operation at <br />1920 County Road C for the meeting of August 9. <br /> <br />Attached is the Planner's report, petition submi. tted by the applicant, and <br />letter from Lametti and Son regarding the application. <br /> <br />Council Action Requested: Motion (approving) (denying) M.A. T.
