The property has been in use for this <br />purpose since approximately June 1, 1976, and was done so based upon information <br />given to us by Howard Dahlgren, the Rosev~e Planner, that the intended use should <br />. <br />be permitted in an 11 zoning district. Apparently Mr. Converse of your office <br />advised Mr. Dahlgren that the use would be permissible. <br /> <br />At the May 10, 1976 council meeting our request for use of the property for <br />the rental of truck trailers was denied. Although we are continuing attempts <br />to resolve any ordinance violation on this property we wish to avoid the <br />issuance of an order forcing us to cease the current operations. In an effort <br />to do so, we are volunterring to discontinue the use of the property for truck <br />trailer rentals until we can resolve objections by the City of Roseville to <br />our intended use of the property. On or before July 6, 1976, all truck trailers <br />will be removed from the property. <br /> <br />Hopefully this action will be sufficient to forestall the issuance of a cease <br />and desist order.
