The property in question <br />and property contiguous to it is zoned I-I (light industrial district) <br />and has been so zoned since 1959. The I-I zone as described in <br />Section 10.270 through 10.290 of the Rosevi1le City Code does not <br />include "truck rental" as a pennitted, accessory or a special use. <br /> <br />The 1-2 zone as set forth in Section 10.230 of the Roseville City <br />Code allows "truck rental II as a special use in that zoning classifi- <br />cation. <br /> <br />Your use of the property in question for the conduct of a truck rental <br />business is, therefore, an tmlawful use of the property tmder the <br />Roseville Zoning Code. You are hereby ordered to cease the tm1awful <br />use of the pro~erty at 1930 COlmty Road "C" in the City of Rosevi11e <br />by July 28, 19 6. <br /> <br />The land in question can be lawfully used for truck rental purposes <br />only if the property is rezoned to an 1-2 district and a special use <br />permit is authorized by the City Council. <br /> <br />You are further reminded that the division of the land in question, <br />as authorized by the Council on October 6, 1975, has not been <br />recorded 'iÍth the Office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County <br />
