Again, the Commission has discretion in <br />suggesting conditions for the permit, and may wish to discuss <br />ways to improve the proposal, such as landscaping in front of <br />the fence or screening the parking area. <br /> <br />A related issue for discussion might be the ultimate use of the <br />property and other properties in the area. There are, as the <br />applicant notes, other similar properties for sale or lease, <br />and the market does not appear to be good. Assuming the <br />request is approved, what will be expected of the property once <br />the three-year Interim Use Permit expires? <br />
